Server Rules

I. Responsibility

• General: By using WoonRO services—including the game client, Discord, and social media platforms—you agree to adhere to these terms and engage fairly within the community.​

• About Us: WoonRO is a free-to-play, not-for-profit project offering seasonal mid-rate Ragnarok Online servers.​

• Vision: Our goal is to develop a nostalgic, customized mid-rate Ragnarok Online server that stays true to its core gameplay while integrating popular culture elements to encourage competitive and enjoyable gameplay.​

• Contents: All content related to WoonRO is subject to change without notice. The administration reserves the right to modify any associated content.​

• Privilege: Access to WoonRO services is voluntary. The administration may revoke privileges, such as issuing warnings or account bans, at any time, with or without notice.​

II. Accounts

• Platform Services: Users can create multiple accounts. However, creating new accounts to avoid punishments is prohibited and may result in further penalties.​

• Ownership: All accounts and content are the property of WoonRO. Users are responsible for maintaining account security; sharing accounts or in-game items is discouraged and done at the user's own risk. Misconduct by anyone using your account is your responsibility.​

• Appeals: Decisions affecting users can be appealed once. Appeals should be directed to an Administrator or submitted through the appropriate Discord channels.​

• Trading: Trading accounts or in-game items for real money is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or banning.​

• Privacy: User information is confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.​

III. Rules of Engagement

• General Platform Usage: Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination on any WoonRO platform, including Discord.​

• In-Game Rules: Exploiting bugs, using third-party programs (bots), or engaging in any unfair practices is prohibited. Report any bugs or exploits immediately to the staff via Discord.​

• Discord Rules:

  • Report a Player Guideline: To report a player, provide evidence (screenshots, chat logs) and submit it through the designated Discord channels.​

  • Marketplace Rules: All trade-related discussions should occur in the appropriate Discord channels. Scamming or fraudulent activities are prohibited.​

• Unrated Online Interactivity Disclaimer: WoonRO is not responsible for user-generated content. Interactions are at your own risk.​

IV. Help and Support

• General: For assistance, consult the WoonRO Wiki or Discord channels.

• In-Game: Use the in-game support system or contact a Game Master (GM) via Discord for help.​

• Discord: For support, post in the appropriate Discord channels or contact staff members directly.​

• Real-Time Support: Real-time support may be available during specified hours via Discord.​

V. Terms of Service Acknowledgement

By using WoonRO services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.​

VI. Donations & PayPal

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They support server maintenance and development.​
